USGI 3 day assault pack or Molle II medium rucksack - AR15.COM

Amongst all the GI Assault-type packs, I rate the ILBE Corpsman's/Recon pack the best, but very costly. If the size of the Molle 2 Medium rucksack suits you, it's a much better (if larger) pack than any of the GI "Assault" packs. All it needs is some compression straps on the sides (2 per side), which are easily added by the user.
